cucumbers sliced
4 c vinegar
1/c salt
1 1/4 tsp mustard seed
2 large onions sliced
4 c sugar
1 1/4 tsp celery seed
1 1/4 tsp turmeric

need 1 glass gallon jar, alternate layers of onions and cucs into gallon jar until full, mix other ingredients well and pour over cucs and onions, refrigerate, they are ready to eat in 5 day. You may add more cucs as you eat them or as they rise in the jar, will keep for a year.
