Stir in/dissolve the pumpkin into the egg whites & add the honey.
Mix they dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl, then add to the pumpkin mixture.

Heat a pan or griddle over medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil.

|
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet.
Once the batter bubbles up, use a spatula to flip and then cook for an additional 30 sec.-1 minuteon the opposite side.

Repeat steps for the remainder of the batter.
