     Paleo Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C Egg Whites
3/4 C Pumpkin Puree
1/2 C Almond Flour
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbs Milled Flax
2 Tbs Organic Honey
1/8 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
Stir in/dissolve the pumpkin into the egg whites & add the honey. Mix they dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl, then add to the pumpkin mixture.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet. Once the batter bubbles up, use a spatula to flip and then cook for an additional 30 sec.-1 minuteon the opposite side.
Repeat steps for the remainder of the batter.
