     Bacon-Wrapped Cilantro Chicken

Ingredients
10 Chicken Tenders (bonless/skinless)
5 Strips Bacon
2 Tbs Cilantro (chopped)
1 1/2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
2 Tbs Raw Honey
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. These can also be grilled.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, cilantro, mustard, and honey. Combine well by hand.
Wrap each piece of chicken with half a strip of bacon, and lay in an ungreased baking pan
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
