     Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
(5 loaves)
Into Mixer Bowl- 7 c. whole wheat flour 2/3 c. gluten flour 2 ½ T. instant yeast
Mix thoroughly.
Add 5 c. warm water, all at once
Beat for 1 minute
Cover and let rest 10 minutes
Add- 1 ½ T. salt 2/3 c. oil 2/3 c. honey OR 1 c sugar 2 ½ T .bottled lemon juice
Beat for 1 minute
Add- 5 c. whole wheat flour, 1 c. at a time, beating between each cup.
 
Beat for 10 minutes
This makes a very soft dough.
Preheat oven for 1 minute - turn oven off.

Instructions
Turn dough onto oiled counter top divide into five pieces and shape into loaves. Place in oiled bread pans.
Place in warm oven for 11 to 15 minutes or until nicely rounded. Do not remove bread from oven; turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 34 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
