Wrap pieces of bacon in paper towels and place i the microwave. Set your microwave to 70 percent power and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
Mash up the flesh of half of the avacado, and cut the other half into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix both halves together in a bowl. Flavor with the squirt of lime juice and a generous pinch of sea salt.
Spread a helping of avacado between two halves of a strip of bacon.
