     Pizza Margherita

Ingredients
1 c. crushed tomatoes
1 T. olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. buffalo mozzarella
1/2 c. chopped basil
1/2 c. parmigiano-reggiano cheese
 
Instructions
Blend tomatoes, oil and salt/pepper and spread on crust.
Top with cheeses and basil.
Bake at 425 for about 10-15 mins.
