     KATHY'S CRAWFISH AND CORN SOUP

Ingredients
˝ of a bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 - 2 lbs. crawfish tails or shrimp
2 cans potato soup
2 cans cream style corn
2 c. milk
1 pt. Half & Half
1 bunch green onions, chopped
 
1 tsp. crab boil
Tony Chachere’s Creole
Seasoning and salt, to taste

Instructions
Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper in butter. Add seafood and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and heat well.
