     Pineapple Orange Creme

Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 14 crackers
1 – 2 TBSP soft butter
½ cup nonfat dry milk
½ cup cold orange juice
1 egg white
1 TBSP lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
1 8 oz can unsweetened pineapple, drained
 

Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and soft butter. Reserve 1/3 cup. Press remainder in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. In mixer bowl, combine dry milk, orange juice and egg white. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Add lemon juice and beat 3 minute more. Blend in sugar on low speed for ½ minute. Fold in pineapple. Pour into pan; sprinkle with crumb mixture. Freeze 8 hours. 9 servings @ 100 calories each. More calories but better flavor- can add sugar or Splenda can use whole egg
