Chili (Crockpot or Stovetop)

Ingredients
-
1.5 - 2 lb extra lean ground beef or turkey
-
1 can UNDRAINED kidney beans
-
1 can UNDRAINED black beans
-
2 cans stewed or diced tomatoes
-
1 (15oz) can corn
-
1 white onion chopped
-
1 (15oz) can tomato soup
-
1-2 packs chili seasoning (depending on how mild you want it) I use 1
-
1 c. water
 
-
1/2 c. ketchup
-
1 t sugar

Instructions
Brown meat and drain under hot, running water to remove fat
Add all ingredients. (Don't drain the beans).
Bring to an almost boil.
Simmer gently until serving. The longer simmered, the better blended the flavors will be.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with baked cornchips, lowfat sour cream, low fat shredded cheddar cheese
