     MARY JANE’S CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients
5 lbs. chicken tenders (boiled in Lemon Pepper)
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 T. dried chives
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 apples, chopped (Fuji or Granny)
1 c. chopped pecans
Mayonnaise to taste (just enough to make moist)
Grapes, halved
 

Instructions
Boil chicken tenders until done. Let them cool, then cut them up. In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Chill well and serve on a bed of chopped lettuce. (I like to serve this on rolls).
