Melt butter, whip in flour to make a smooth paste. Stir in water. Sauté ground beef or steak in skillet. Drain grease. Add to soup. Add the parboiled onions, celery and carrots.
Add- 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 T. Accent
1 can diced tomatoes
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet
Salt and Pepper
Boil, reduce to simmer and cook till vegetables are done. May be frozen.
