     Classic Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
8 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
 
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Sprinkles

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Line 20 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2) Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla; beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate until well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3) Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
4) Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Frosting according to recipe. 5) Frost cupcakes; decorate with sprinkles.
