1) Preheat oven to 325 F. Spray 60 mini (1 3/4-inch) muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
2) Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, coffee granules and coffee liqueur, if desired, in medium bowl; stir until smooth and well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3) Bake 13 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
4) Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Store in air tight container.
