Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
Combine butter, flour, and nuts and press into bottom of a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1-1/2 cup of the whipped topping and spread over crust. Chill.
|
|
|
Combine both puddings and milk and beat for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese. Chill.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

For decoration, sprinkle a few chopped nuts over top.
