6 2/3 packages of dry or 1/4 of 1 pound loaf of yeast
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put sifted flour in a large pot. Add
beaten eggs and mix with hands, add salt, pepper, Crisco yeast and
milk. Mix all ingredients well.
Put pot on table and knead until smooth and satiny (about 10
minutes). Let rise until double in size, at least 3 hours.
Punch down and let rise again.
