- In a small saucepan, boil a small amount of salted water to cook the potatoes.
-Peel the potatoes by removing a very thin skin.
-Rinse and cut into halves or quarters
-Dip the potatoes in boiling salted water and cook until tender.
-Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion.

- In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender.
- Add ground beef and cook until there is no trace of pink flesh.
- Remove excess fat. Put salt and meat in a small ovenproof dish.

- Spread cream corn on the meat
- Preheat oven to 190C (350 F).
- Drain the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes with a potato masher.

|
- Add milk and beat well with a pestle to make a very light puree.
- Cover the ground beef and creamed corn mashed potatoes, using a rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden.
