Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl combine all
CRUST ingredients . Beat at a low speed, Scraping
bowl often, until particles are fine. Press onto
bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle pecans over
crust. In saucepan combine butter and brown sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
mixture comes to a full boil. Boil for 1 minute
stirring constantly; pour over pecans. Bake for 18-
20 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with butterscotch
and chocolate chips. Allow to melt slightly. Slightly
swirl chips as they melt; leave some whole for
marbled effect. Cool completely.
