Combine first 7 ingredients; Blend well. Chill
dough. Heat oven to 350 degrees. On greased cookie
sheets, arrange pecans in groups of 3 or 5 to
resemble head and legs of turtle. Shape dough into 1
inch balls; Press lightly onto nuts. Bake 10-15
minutes until bottom is lightly browned. Cool. In
small saucepan heat first 3 frosting ingredients,
stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Remove
from heat. Add powdered sugar; Blend until
smooth. Frost tops of cookies generously.
