6 garlic gloves
|
|
2 medium onions
|
|
1 vegetable stock cube
|
|
a little water (to mix stock cube)
|
|
3 cans good quality roma tomatoes, chopped
|
|
2 tablespoons butter
|
|
1 teaspoon chili flakes/1 whole red chili, deseeded
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
100 ml cream
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1) Fry garlic and onions in butter until soft.
|
|
|
2) Add tomatoes, stock, dill and seasonings.
|
|
|
3) Simmer for 40 minutes, then transfer into blender and return to pot.
|
|
|
4) Add chili, fresh chopped dill and cream to taste.
5) Serve hot.
