Step 4. remove it from the oven and turn the
sponge
out onto another piece of greaseproof paper.
Step 5. For the filling, spread the jam onto
the sponge and then spread with the cream,
leaving a small gap around the edges.
Step 6. Place the marshmallows into a
microwave-safe bowl and microwave on full for
about 15 seconds, or until beginning to soften.
Spoon the marshmallows on top of the cream.
