1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
2. Grind cashews if not already ground (I used the Magic Bullet)
3. Mix together egg, nuts, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut and milk.
4. Once consistent texture, stir in chocolate chips.
5. Place 12 even balls of dough onto a sprayed cookie pan/sheet.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking at 15 mins.
7. Cool and enjoy!
