     Corny Cornbread

8 oz carton sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups self-rising corn meal (or a box of cornmeal)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (1 lb) can cream style corn
1/2 c sugar
a pinch of salt

Mis all ingredients together
Pour into a well-greased 8x8 dish
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes
Serving Suggestions
I sometimes add garlic salt to this for a different taste
