     Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
1 box white cake mix (without pudding in the mix works best)
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 c. applesauce (I use an individual snack size one)
3 egg whites
1 1/2 tubs of regular 6oz yogurt any flavor
1 tub cool whip
1 1/2 tubs of 6oz yogurt- same flavor as cake
 

Instructions
Blend 1st 4 ingredients for 2 minutes with a mixer.
Fold in 1 1/2 tubs of regular 6oz yogurt any flavor (I used Land O' Lakes)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-32 minutes. Let cool and frost.
Frosting- 1 tub cool whip (I used lite) off brands of whipped topping don't work as well 1 1/2 tubs of 6oz yogurt- same flavor as cake Garnish or don't- up to you! Enjoy!
