     Enchilada Hotdish

Ingredients
1 lb. grd. beef browned well in large pot with...
1 onion
1 bell pepper any color
1 ½ tsp chili pwder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
 
Then add- 1 can Rotell (tomatoes & peppers mix)
1 can corn with juice
1 can beans drained (any type- kidney, garbanzo, pinto beans)
Half can of refried beans
1 good shake of liquid smoke
Flour Tortillas
2 cups each Mozzerella & Cheddar Cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups warm whole milk.

Instructions
Brown beef with ingredients through Rotel. Add Rotel through liquid smoke & Simmer. Taste for Salt then add more if needed.
Put a large spoonful of mixture on flour tortilla with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Roll up & lay seam side down in greased baking dish seam. Cover with 2 cups of mozzerella cheese.
Dissolve- 1 chicken bouillion cube 2 cups warm whole milk. Pour over all.
Bake 350 for 30 min. uncovered. If it is chilled through before baking you need to increase baking time.
