     Crockpot Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 pint (2c) sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12-15 small corn tortillas
1 small can diced ripe olives
1 large can diced green chiles
2 bunches chopped green onions (chop the green tops also)
1 lb.- cheddar or longhorn grated cheese
Shredded or cubed cooked chicken – about 5 cups
 

Instructions
Layer in the crockpot- overlap 2 tortillas handful of chicken mixture of onions, chiles, olives mixture of sour cream & soup, cheese
Repeat until your ingredients are used up. Cover. Cook on high approx. 4 hours.
