1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves (optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp red-pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients in shallow dish
