coat shrimp with salt and chili flakes (small
amount if you do not like it very spicy) and pan
fry in olive oil then set aside. saute onion and
garlic until onion is translucent.
add can of tomato, wine, garlic and oregano and
simmer until the sauce thickens.
add the shrimp parsly and basil and more chili
flakes if desired then serve over angel hair pasta.
