Preheat oven to 350. Disosolve bouillon cubes in warm water. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheese with flour.

Add skim milk, margarine and beef broth.
|
|
|
Knead dough until firm, and roll to 1/4" thickness.
|
|
|
Stamp out with cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
