     Rainey's Spicy meatloaf and meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb spicy Italian sausage
4 eggs
1 C. italian season breadcrumbs
1I2 C. Shredded Parmesan (fresh not powder)
1I2 C. chopped onions (I use white or yellow)
1I8 C. Italian seasoning
1I16 C. Garlic salt
1I2 C. Milk
 
10 splashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in large bowl. separate batch in half. You can make two meatloaf's or make one half into meatballs.
Put half of batch into a glass baking dish and form into a loaf shape. Place in oven and cook for 1 hour.
While meatloaf is in the oven shape the rest of the batch into meatballs. Cook meatballs in a skillet covered with foil on medium heat until thoroughly cooked. about 30 to 45 min.
Put meatballs into a bag and set them in the fridge for spaghetti and meatballs the next night. Pull out the meatloaf let sit for 5 min before serving. Enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
Great with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
