To serve: Thaw. Heat in microwave or on stove top until hot and bubbly. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or hot buttered noodles.
***To turn into Stroganoff, saute 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms in 2 Tbsp butter until lightly browned and limp. Add to thawed crock pot stew. Heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and add 1 c. sour cream. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
