     Pork Chops in a Crock

Ingredients
6 1/2 to 1 inch pork chops
or a pork roast works well too!
Buy 2 jars of Heinz pork gravy
Buy 1 can of Campbell’s "golden" mushroom soup
Salt pepper
 
Instructions
This is so easy...especially for a working mother of four and a hungry husband! Fresh pork is best! Lightly brown the pork chops.
Place chops or roast in crock pot. Pour golden mushroom soup over pork. Pour 2 jars of pork gravy over the top. Optional: pour 1/2 C your favorite white wine. (kids usually do not dig this flavor) and it taste fine w/o the white wine. Salt and Pepper.
Another option: Dice Onion. Cook on low. 4-6 hours. Serve with buttered egg noodles and steamed asparagus or steamed broccoli.
Voila! Dinner for 6!
