Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender. Cool, peel and grate potatoes. Add sour cream, grated cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Smooth top. Combine margarine and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 300 degrees. for 50 minutes or until center is piping hot!!!
