     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs or egg substitutes
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups grated carrots
 
1 can (8 1/2 oz) drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. When cool, frost.
