Marinade-
1/4 cup cream
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Dash cinnamon
2 tsp gram masala
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs ginger
Cut up chicken breasts

Sauce-
1 tbs butter
1 tbs garlic
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp gram masala
Dash cilantro
Salt to taste
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream

Marinade chicken for several hours in fridge.
Preheat oven to 450
Place chicken and marinade on foil lined pan and bake for 20-30 mins.
Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a large frying pan and simmer on low to medium heat for 20 mins.
Add chicken to sauce and cook an additional 10 mins. Turn up heat to boil off some of the liquid if desired.
Adjust cayenne more or less to taste.

Serve with cauliflower rice and vegetables. Or just eat by itself. (I miss naan.)
