Pound chicken with a meat mallet to about 1/4 inch thickness. In a large skillet cook chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes or till tender and no pink remains. transfer to a plate and keep warm. add mushrooms, onion, water and salt to the skillet and cook over medium hear until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes. add marsala to skilled. heat through. spoon over chicken and serve.
