Using a fork, whisk everything together except the
cream, then whisk that in, too. Taste for seasoning.
This is terrific in a modern coronation chicken
salad (leaves, mango, avocado and chicken) or a rice
salad. It's also lovely on a leafy side salad to go
with any main course that has Indian flavours.
