|
1. Place flour,coconut and sugar in a small basin
2. make a well in the center and add beaten egg and coconut milk, beat until smooth
3. heat a non stick frypan on medium heat with some butter or margerine in it
4. pour 1/4 mesuring cup of pancake mixture in to the frypan

5. turn the pancake over when there is bubble coming out of the pancake.
6. transfer to a plate and keep warm by covering with a teatowel.

BANANA SAUCE
1. cut Bananas diagnoly into thick slices.Add some butter or margerine into a fry pan (the same one used for pancakes)
2. Add bananas and toss carfully until they start to go brown.

|
3. sprinkle with brown sugar and shake pan until sugar is melted.Then stir in the lime juice.
THEN serve together put the bananas in or on top of the pancakes.Enjoy
