250g chopped Bhindi
5 daroo oil
2 daroo chopped Onions
3 tsp Dhaniya powder
1 tsp Haldi (turmeric)

Put oil in frying pan, after the oil heats add 2 daroo chopped Onion.
Add 1/2 potato cut into big pieces. Add 1/2 or 1 tsp haldi Add 3 tsp Dhaniya
Add Bhindi to the pan, stir well and put the cooktop on medium flame
When Bhindi is crispy and it releases oil, it means it is done. Drain the remaining oil and save it for further cooking.
