Bring milk to a boil and add butter, sugar, salt and egg. Cook and stir until all is blended, remove from heat and cool.
Mix yeast, sugar and water. Add to milk mixture. Stir in flour and knead. Let stand 15 minutes and knead again. Keeps in fridge several days.
