     Easy Potatoes

Ingredients
32 oz frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 med onion, diced or 1/2 cup
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1 1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, put in a 9 x 13 baking pan. top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes combined with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven, about 30 to 45 minutes (needs to be bubbly). Cover the first 20 minutes of baking, then uncover and finish baking.
