     Oven Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup white syrup
6-7 quarts popped corn
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
 

Instructions
In a large heavy pot boil butter, syrup, sugar and salt for 5-6 minutes. Coat large shallow pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove syrup from heat and add cream of tartar, and soda. Pour over popped corn, mixing well. Spread in shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
