Mom's Barbecue Brisket. Turns out moist and perfect every time! We serve it with biscuits and scalloped potatoes.
5-6 lb brisket
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 3 oz bottle liquid smoke
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Bottle of favorite barbecue sauce
Night before- place brisket in 3 x 13 flat baking dish. Sprinkle meat with 3 seasoned salts. Pour liquid smoke over. Cover and seal tight with plastic wrap. Let sit in fridge over night.
Next day- Preheat oven to 275 F. Sprinkle meat with table salt. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for five hours. Uncover and pour barbecue sauce on. Recover and bake for 1 more hour.
