1 tbsp olive oil

200g mince

1 onion, chopped

4 sliced mushrooms

1 grated carrot

400g tinned tomatoes

230ml vegetable stock

2 tbsp tomatoe puree

half tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions |
|
|
heat a little oil in a pan, cook the onion until soft. then add the mince and cook until brown.
|

add the mushroom and carrot and cook for a few more minutes. add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, vegetable stock, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
|

|
bring the mixture to the boil, then let simmer for 20-30 mins, until thickened.
