hot chocolate

Ingredients

	50g drinking chocolate
	200ml water
	50ml semi skimmed milk
	whipping cream
	pinch of salt
	55g dark chocolate


Instructions


heat the drinking chocolate with the , water, milk and whipping cream. add a pinch of salt then pour over the dark choclate.


whisk the mixture until all the chocolate is melted. froth the liquid then serve.
