Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   2
Preptime   1 hr

Ingredients
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pieces of salmon (about 1/2 lb)
Note- Make extra of the dressing. Set aside and use it to baste twice.

Instructions
Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper in a shallow glass baking dish.
Place salmon in the shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 15 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Baste the top of the salmon twice during the cooking process with the maple dressing to get a glaze.
