Preheat the oven to 350F. Arrange the shells on a baking sheet. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place half a tomato (cut-side up) on the shells and top with bits of cheese, thyme and chives. Drizzle very(!) lightly with balsamic vinegar and top with some lemon pepper and coarse sea salt. Bake for about 7-8 minutes, until the tomatoes are warmed through and the cheese is slightly melting. Serve immediately
