In a blender puree watermelon and simple syrup. Put in freezer until well frozen. Remove when you are ready to put your drink together. First add the puree in your glass. Top up with ice and add the lime slices. Lastly add sparkling water, seltzer, or lemonade. Decorate with a small slice of watermelon.
