Prepare macaroni according to package directions adding broccoli in the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain. In a large skillet heat margarine, add red pepper, onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is tender. Add milk, soup, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. stir in 1 cup of cheese and chicken. Combine macaroni and broccoli with soup mixture. pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dis, top with remaining cheese, cover, bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly
