     Clam Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup coarse granted carrots
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped celrey
2 cups cubed potatoes
3/4 dup water
3/4 cup flour
1 pt half and half
1 pt milk
1 and 1/2 cubes margarine
 
2 -8 oz minced clams
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions
Drain clams. Pour juice over veggies, add water to cover and simmer covered over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Melt butter and add flour and blend, with half and half and milk cook until thickened and add remaining ingredients,
