Mix parsley and seasonings together. Place half with carrots and celrey and potatoe and cook until tender. Add tomatoes,white northern beans that have been cooked or use canned and bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni, spinach and rest of seasoned parsley seasoned parsley. Mash the potato halves after and cook to thicken.
